Is there a two-year age limit on vehicles to make a Lemon Law claim? What about a mileage restriction?

As long as the vehicle is having warranty-related issues, the Lemon Law can apply regardless of the age of the vehicle. The Lemon Law also applies even if the original new vehicle warranty has expired, provided that the vehicle continues having problems previously complained about on repair orders that occurred during the original warranty period. The same criteria apply regardless of the odometer reading of the vehicle.
