Helping Your Family Immigrate
In order to help bring your family to the U.S., you must fulfill certain requirements. To have permission to escort your family to America, you must be one of the following:
- U.S. citizen
- Permanent resident
- Refugee admitted in the last two years
- Asylee admitted in the past two years
